Here, surrounded by a wonderful landscape, you will be able to taste the Tuscan culinary tradition. The thermal swimming-pool Grotta Giusti is at only ten minutes on foot from the resort. The hotel has an equipped meeting room.
The restaurant "Bistrot" original in its own style, is placed to 5th panoramic floor. It offers to the customers an enchanting sight over the town and surrounding hills, tasting all the typical dishes of Tuscan cooking tradition. (special choices are arranged for those who follow special diet (low calories menù and/or free of Gluthyne). The cooking style of the Chef offers a renewing interpreting of cooking approach and the result is a mix of fantasy and tradition to satisfy the most refined palates. Menus subject are weekly proposed. Expert and professional dining-room staff lends to guide the guest in their food and wine choices.
